Currently all our attention is focused on gaining Full WAW status to this end, having completed a comprehensive review of public footpaths, we are working with the DCC and the PCC to address the small issues that have arisen. In addition, using feedback from walkers in the area, we have extended the range of information available on our website. If we are successful with our application we plan to establish a walking group based within Middleton, link with other local WAW towns and support the local walking festival.
