Dover is on the North Downs Way, English Coast Path and the Via Francigena. The White Cliffs County (Dover, Deal and Sandwich) hosts an annual walking festival at the end of August each year. This year the 21st to the 27th August 2020. The White Cliffs Ramblers, the East Kent Ramblers and DATROW organise weekly walks in this district.
