We have an annual walking festival which celebrates the wonderful countryside around Bollington.

There are a number of walking trails with accompanying leaflets around the area provided by a local charity, the Bridgend Centre. The Gritstone Trail and the Peak District Boundary Walk also pass through the town’s boundaries.

There are also regular guided walks provided the Bridgend Centre, Cheshire East Council Ranger Service and Cheshire East Ramblers.
