Thursday 13^th January, meet 10.00 am Bedwyn Square, opposite the Londis store. 4.75 miles. Little Bedwyn, Burridge Heath.

The walk leaves the village through a water meadow by the river Dun, continuing to Little Bedwyn, up the hill through pastures grazed by sheep. Returning home on good tracks through Burridge Heath and down to Jockey Green, past the ruins of a 19th Century kiln and back to the village.

Note: The route may change depending on conditions on the day.

Some road walking. Pedestrian rail crossing. No stiles. If possible, please take a lateral flow test before attending and do not attend if you have any symptoms of covid or a cold.

Much of the walk is along lanes or on hard tracks – hoping to avoid the worst of the mud but be aware that the route may be slippery and icy depending on weather conditions on the day.
