The Snaith Walkers Are Welcome team have re-painted an old display cabinet and installed a new sign with information about the history of the building as well as details about local heritage walks.

The 18th century town Lock-Up was used on market days to detain drunks and troublemakers.  The local history society open it up to visitors on Heritage Day and and on other occasions. At the side of the Lock-Up there was an old display cabinet that had some out of date information about the building. No longer!
